Customers are solely responsible for selecting Consultants and determining the suitability of their advice.
5. Customer Responsibilities
As a Customer, you agree to:

● Use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes.
● Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Site or its functionality. ● Not share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.
● Comply with all applicable laws, including privacy and data protection laws.
6. Consultant Relationship
Consultants are independent professionals and not employees or agents of NetAdvance. Any agreement or interaction between a Customer and a Consultant is solely between them. NetAdvance is not liable for any disputes, damages, or claims arising from such interactions.
7. Fees and Payments
● Customers agree to pay all fees associated with the Services as outlined on the Site. ● Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. NetAdvance is not responsible for any issues arising from payment processing.
● All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of NetAdvance or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
