Mark Ashby is an experienced business executive and board member , with more than 30 years of experience in roles across Australia and the United States. Mark served as the Chief Financial Officer of both Mitre 10 and Myer, before taking his talents internationally, where he joined US based pawn business, EZCORP. During Mark's time as a CFO, he successfully led the business through the Myer Initial Public Offering in 2009, as we as restructured both public and private companies to allow for expansion. Today, Mark is a board member of ASX listed business, Cash Converters International and is the chair of governance, nomination, remuneration committee. Additionally Mark is Chairman of unlisted public company Office Choice Ltd, as well as providing support for various businesses on an ad hoc basis. When Mark is not working, he enjoys driving and restoring classic cars from the 1960’s and 1970’s and is a keen football and cricket fan.
