Andrew Spicer is a business executive, strategic adviser, non-executive director and personal / business mentor with more than 30 years of business experience. Andrew built the Canstar Group, Australia’s biggest financial comparison company, which grew to 2 million monthly visitors and 80 percent national brand awareness. He also built, listed and sold Australia’s first internet ‘cloud’ infrastructure business, WebCentral. Andrew is originally an engineer and practiced as a management consultant with McKinsey and EY.
More recently Andrew has joined the board of Cash Converters International as well as several advisory boards. He chairs an ‘accelerator’ group for Entrepreneurs Organisation, and is an Industry Fellow at QUT Business School, creating innovative executive development programs.
Andrew specialises in helping founders and CEOs of businesses that want to grow rapidly. He understands the challenges of growth, including business strategy, organisational scaling, marketing, execution and funding. He also understands the unique personal challenges that CEOs face.
Outside of work Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 sons at Woodgate Beach on the Fraser Coast.
