Chris Baddock is an experienced Chief Executive Officer and Non-Executive Director with more than 25 years of experience. Prior to exiting the corporate world in 2023, Chris served as the CEO of Metcash Liquor, where he drove sales growth of over 40% throughout his four years with the business. Before this, Chris held prominent positions in the liquor industry, serving as the Director of Pinnacle & Direct at Endeavour Group, and Managing Director of Lion’s Fine Wine Partners. Chris is an expert in leadership, and places emphasis on the importance of team, culture & leadership to the success of business. When Chris is not working, he enjoys playing (bad) golf and spending time with his two grandchildren.
