Josh Gaudry is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in retail and consumer goods sectors. Josh has held significant marketing roles in various organisations, positively contributing to their eCommerce platforms, digital campaigns, customer loyalty and brand marketing. Prior to leaving the large corporate space, Josh held the title of general manager of marketing, digital and loyalty for Metcash’s liquor business, Australian Liquor Marketers (ALM). During his time here, Josh implemented numerous strategies and campaigns which boosted the businesses conversion, brand awareness & appeal, and customer retention. Campaigns such as The Bottle-o’s “Good Value Booze For Good Value People” & Cellarbrations “Good Shout” were few of many examples of Josh’s marketing influence on the business. Prior to this, Josh lived in New York City, working with Diageo as Smirnoff & Guinness’s Director of Innovation. During Josh’s time with Diageo, he majorly impacted both brands, and led the business in product launches, notably implementing Smirnoff’s Center of Excellence (COE) strategy. Josh also played a crucial role in the launch of numerous new products such as Guinness Blonde American Lager and Guinness Nitro IPA, Guinness Irish Wheat, Guinness Rye Pale Ale and 1788. When Josh is not working, he enjoys time with his two boys playing an active role in their sporting and community clubs.
